1 punnet strawberries - stems removed
1/2 cup almonds
1 cup medjool dates
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mixed spice
100g raw white chocolate, or vegan white chocolate melted, with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Dried cranberries for decoration

Blend almonds in food processor into crumb, add mixed spice & cinnamon.
Add dates one at the time until combined. (if mixture is a little dry add additional water) Using wet hands, form a ball shape with the mixture, then press the ball flat. Wrap the flat mix around the strawberry to cover.
Dribble a teaspoon of the melted white chocolate mixture over each of the strawberry puddings & decorate with dried cranberries & the leaves of the strawberry stems. freeze for 1 hour before serving.
Christmas indulging can be quite over-whelming, with an over-load in food, in particular processed sugars... But it doesn't have to be that way...
Simple raw treats like this one can reduce the amount of processed sugars and treat the family with whole natural foods.
